• Customer interface and onsite support in China with the option to fly to India, IL and other countries when needed
• full responsibility for the technical side of customer demos, including preparation and hands-on
• Integration of Autobrains product on Tier1 and OEM's vehicle
• Troubleshooting and technical debug
• Creating reports and raising flags to management in advance in case of any issue
• Maintaining good relationships with customers
• Installing systems in vehicles from scratch and supporting all car fleet activities
• Updating and quality validation of new system version
• Testing system in test track and leading the activity E2E

• Electrical practical engineer or similar background.
• Experience in customer-facing positions and customer support.
• Experience in Testing and System engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Fluent Chinese.
• A Chinese driver's license is a must with a clean history.
• Ability to Travel frequently
• Experience with Linux - advantage.
