Key Responsibilities

  • The Intern will work as a partner to the business by supporting the execution of multiple TA initiatives and participate actively in all steps of the recruitment process ( pre-selection, interviews and offers )
  • Support in job postings across platforms and maintaining accurate recruitment trackers
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up to ensure candidates attend interviews as scheduled
  • Take complete ownership of junior-level hiring mandates - from sourcing to final selection
  • Engage with candidates proactively to maintain a positive pipeline and reduce drop-off rates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support them with timely talent solutions
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards

Ideal Candidate

  • MBA (HR) students or fresh graduates
  • 0 to1 year of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition) or related areas. Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and proactive work ethic
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
