• Sole manages all functional safety activities related to development processes, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define and implement Functional Safety Concepts for each Safety Goal.
• Independently perform and moderate safety analyses, such as FMEA ( Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards.
• Contribute to Functional Safety audits and assessments as the primary functional safety resource.
• Lead the implementation of the Functional Safety process within the organization, including the creation and optimization of templates, guidelines, and checklists.
• Act as the sole interface with customers and suppliers regarding Functional Safety matters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with domain experts to ensure the delivery of the company’s goals and targets, representing the functional safety discipline.
• Be prepared for national and international travels as the unique functional safety representative.

• Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications / Automotive Electronics / Computer Science /Embedded Systems or related discipline.
• Familiarity with working and operating independently
• Strong independent knowledge and experience in working with and implementing ISO 26262 standard work products.
• 5+ years of independent experience in a software automotive system (OEM / Tier Supplier or Engineering Service Provider).
• Strong independent understanding of Automotive Systems.
• Experience with other relevant standards including ISO 9001, A-SPICE.
• FuSa certification.
