Responsibilities

  • Conducting data collection and closed-loop testing on Level 4 (L4) autonomous vehicles in Hanoi, Vietnam.
  • Serving as the primary customer interface and providing onsite technical support in Hanoi, with occasional travel to China, India, Israel, and other countries as required.
  • Managing the technical aspects of customer demonstrations, including system preparation, configuration, and hands-on execution.
  • Integrating Autobrains products on Tier 1 and OEM vehicles, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, working closely with the R&D team in Israel for advanced debugging and problem resolution.
  • Preparing detailed test reports and proactively raising concerns to management to prevent potential issues.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Installing complete systems in vehicles, from initial setup to final deployment, while providing ongoing support for the customer’s vehicle fleet.
  • Validating the quality of new system versions through rigorous testing and ensuring updates meet performance standards.
  • Planning and leading end-to-end (E2E) testing activities on test tracks, including logistics, execution, and result analysis.

Requirements

Only candidates living in Hanoi will be considered.

  • Electrical Practical Engineer or similar technical education/background.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles and customer support.
  • Hands-on experience in testing and system engineering.
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and debugging methodologies.
  • Fluent Vietnamese (mandatory).
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including short-notice trips.
  • Experience working with Linux-based systems (advantage).
