• Full ownership: Build and own the architecture of a real-time software framework integrating navigation, mapping, and localization. Design scalable path-planning algorithms using innovative technologies for autonomous systems.
• High-Performance Implementation: Optimize the algorithmic infrastructure for scalability, memory efficiency, and low latency. Implementations may span from Python-based prototypes on NVIDIA GPUs to production-grade C/C++ deployments on edge devices.
• Drive Real-World Impact: Support in-vehicle software testing and validation of the mapping platform, ensuring stability, accuracy, and low latency.
• Tech-Product Interface Lead: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and algorithms. Serve as the technical point of contact for customer engagements, translating product requirements into effective and scalable system implementations.

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development for real-time systems.
• Strong expertise in Python and C/C++ development.
• Deep understanding of memory management, synchronization, and optimizations.
• Ability to oversee the entire product, with strong system-level problem-solving and debugging skills.

Advantage:

• Hands-on experience with ROS 2 or other publish-subscribe systems.
• Experience with Lanelet2 or similar map representations.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/PostGIS or open-source mapping tools like JOSM
