We are seeking a Creative Designer with a passion for turning complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, with direct collaboration with our CEO, business leadership, product managers, and R&D teams to shape how Autobrains communicates its technology and vision to the world.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary thinker and a doer, someone who can translate bold ideas into a cohesive visual language and deliver polished, high-impact creative assets.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Visualization: Translate complex AI technologies, workflows, and architectures into intuitive visuals, diagrams, and illustrations.
- Creative Design Development: Establish and evolve a unique visual identity and design language that differentiates Autobrains in the market.
- Content Partnership: Support the creation of compelling narratives by collaborating with marketing and content teams on presentations, infographics, videos, and other assets.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO, business, product, and R&D teams to capture the essence of Autobrains’ vision and communicate it visually.
- Execution: Deliver hands-on creative work from concept sketches to polished digital materials across a variety of media and platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a designer, illustrator, or visual storyteller in hi-tech or innovation-driven companies.
- Strong ability to create original concepts, visual narratives, and compelling design assets.
- Comfortable engaging with leadership and aligning visuals with business, product, and technology strategy.
- Proficient with design and visualization tools.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including executives and engineers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automotive technologies.
- Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
- Experience shaping brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
