RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for US and Europe based revenue. He or she will team up with the rest of the Carbice management team to assure strong account management customer support to all US customers. He or she will work with operations to align on deliverables and work with the team to drive customer delivery and satisfaction. This candidate will also lend support to the Europe customer field team to help align customer requirements to the operations team and help deliver to our European accounts. In addition to account management responsibilities, this candidate will work with the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development to refine and update the go-to-market plan to meet and exceed the company goals and continue to develop a strong and diverse customer base. The successful candidate will also identify and develop new accounts across his or her territory to further drive revenue growth over time. Initially, this position will be measured on revenue and progress/movement in the pipeline (Future revenue) The successful candidate will not only have an opportunity to join a fast-growing company, but also join a team that is focused on being an outstanding corporate citizen, and a responsible member of the community. It will transition from an individual contributor role at first, and scale with our revenue growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Senior Executive running worldwide Sales over time. REPORTING: Reports to the Chief Operating Officer CANDIDATE PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS: We are searching for an individual that possesses the following characteristics: 1. Technical background in materials science / engineering 2. 5-7 years of experience selling into large / strategic corporations in the electronics and semiconductor industry 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 4. Experience balancing technical and business aspects of accounts to drive value solutions to customers while maintaining the goals of the company. 5. Track record of meeting measurements and KPI’s while driving sales activity 6. High motor – high energy sales leader 7. Ability to “roll up sleeves” and take action personally as well as an ability to drive the organization to take action. The location of the candidate is flexible. We want to hire the right person and the location can be close to our customers, or in our Atlanta headquarters. Over time, we expect this position will migrate to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. CARBICE CORPORATION – OVERVIEW: The Carbice Corporation is a young and growing company based in Atlanta that delivers thermal solutions to companies in Aerospace/Defense, Semiconductor Test, Semiconductor Products and Consumer/Industrial markets. The company’s product, Carbice Carbon, is based on an aligned carbon nanotube technology developed by founder and CEO, Baratunde Cola and until this year, has been delivered out of the facilities at the Georgia Institute of Technology Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC).
