Intuition Robotics is on a mission to empower older adults to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives at home. The company’s award-winning product, ElliQ®, is an AI proactive care companion. ElliQ, which was designed with and for older adults, helps keep them healthy, engaged, and more independent while alleviating the effects of loneliness and social isolation. The company was founded in 2016 and is based in Tel Aviv, with offices in San Francisco and Athens. Intuition Robotics’ investors include Toyota Ventures, Samsung NEXT, iRobot, and Venture Capital firms from California, Israel, Japan, and Asia.

We are rapidly expanding our customer base in the US through partnerships with health plans, state governments, and local area agencies on aging (AAA). Our team operates in a fast-paced and agile environment. We all place a heavy emphasis on creative problem-solving and personal accountability to ensure we’re delivering excellence for our customers and the older adults and customers we serve.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) on the team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through various channels. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact between prospective customers and our company, playing a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various means such as online research, social media, and cold calling.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, phone calls, and social media messages to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams about market trends and customer needs based on interactions with prospects.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on activity and performance metrics such as the number of contacts made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape to communicate effectively with prospects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of BDR or sales-related experience, preferably in digital health, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth-related strategies and execute lead generation
  • Measurable success in generating leads and pull-through rates to capture qualified leads
  • Masterful use of various CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Highly analytical and strategic
  • Masterful use of both PowerPoint and Excel - comfort level with Google Suite
  • Thrives as a key member of a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • This role is remote, with a preference for candidates residing on the East Coast.
