Intuition Robotics is on a mission to empower older adults to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives at home. Our award-winning product, ElliQ, is a proactive AI companion that helps keep older adults healthy, engaged, and happy at home while alleviating the effects of loneliness and social isolation. Harnessing the unique bond formed between ElliQ and her members, she is able to help them reach their health and wellness goals and get the help they need in time.

As we grow our commercial footprint across the U.S., we’re looking for a versatile and hands-on B2B marketer to join our team and help scale our reach and impact and to lead and support a wide range of marketing initiatives across the funnel. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—from demand generation to sales enablement, product marketing, and events.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Demand Marketing

  • Support the execution of lead generation campaigns (paid, organic, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with external agencies to build, launch, and optimize campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance, helping optimize spend and messaging
  • Build and manage lead nurturing email flows (HubSpot experience a plus)

Sales Enablement

  • Create impactful collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, and case studies
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop materials that support sales cycles
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across touchpoints

Event Marketing

  • Identify and evaluate relevant industry conferences and speaking opportunities
  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of key events, including prep materials

Product Marketing

  • Research and define target audiences, personas, and value propositions
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new features, partnerships, and launches

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a full-stack or generalist role
  • Native-level English – excellent writing and communication skills are a must
  • Previous experience in a startup environment; healthcare or aging tech background is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and performance tracking tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Experience working with US healthcare a big advantage
