The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Nutrition or Dietary Technician student to support a key short-term project focused on allergens, Nutrition Facts Tables, and CFIA compliance. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in regulatory nutrition within an innovative and growing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and validate Nutrition Facts Tables
• Identify and document priority allergens
• Support CFIA labeling and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams
• Verify data and maintain organized documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Canadian nutrition labeling requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bilingual: English and French (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CFIA regulations
• Experience with nutrition analysis software

Additional Requirement:

Ability to travel to our Longueil site as needed.
