We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service.
Responsibilities
- Process part movements with accuracy
- Ensure Kanban inventories are fulfilled on time
- Work closely with quality and receiving teams to ensure parts are accurately processed
- Complete scheduled cycle counts of controlled inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required
- 3 years shipping/receiving experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to be forklift certified
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds aided or unaided throughout the day
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
- Experience with ERP/Inventory management software tools
- Knowledge of and adherence to strict safety protocols
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $28-$34/hr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
