Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive go-to-market initiatives and manage our digital footprint. This role requires a creative thinker with a hands-on approach to manage our website, social media channels, and overall marketing communications with much passion and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Communications (MarCom): Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: build with the CEO and team the go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams (including R&D and product) to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Website Management: Oversee the company’s website, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and optimized for SEO. Collaborate with external web developers and designers to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive company and product awareness.
  • Content Creation: create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, press releases etc.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement and changes.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, including internally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing websites and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Passionate, driven, and highly organized with a keen eye for details.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native in English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the fragrance industry or related fields and / or AI/ML company - advantages.
