Currently, the company is in the expansion stage with our factory being set up and getting ready for our vehicle delivery in August. Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for overlooking the technical department of service.
• Prepare technical training module.
• Impart technical training to workshop team as per defined training calendar.
• Provide technical support to field team for critical cases.
• Warranty claim management.
• Support publishing team in technical publications. Service Manual, Owner’s manual, Parts catalogue etc.
• Service Recall /Field Fix completion tracking.
• Liaison with R&D, Customer Quality team for open product concerns & ensure closure of the same.
• Special tools development to reduce service TAT.

Ideal Candidate:

• B.E/B. Tech with 5+ years of experience in service operations from an automotive background
• Excellent communication skills and people skills.
• Excellent technical & communication skills, Able do multi-tasking.
