Key Responsibilities:

• You will be our dedicated Product Specialist and brand ambassador for River Indie.
• Meet and exceed individual targets for pre-orders and test rides.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations, test rides, highlighting features that resonate with customer needs and enhancing the overall store experience.
• Provide detailed information on pricing, financing options, EMPS incentives, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Guide the customer through to place Pre- orders and for the FP
• Ensure the customer is acquired with all the information and capture the customer feedback and work continuously on improving the customer experience.
• Stay updated with the industry information and competitor offerings.
• Participate in micro-market activations (Events at malls, apartments, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

• 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales / Customer facing role.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Customer Centric mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours- weekends and evenings.
