Key Responsibilities :

  • Candidate will be responsible for integrating various subsystems such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), motors, controllers, displays, and sensors into electric two-wheelers.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and functionality across all hardware and software components. Collaborate with design and hardware teams to ensure proper alignment of electrical and mechanical interfaces.
  • Validating wiring harness design and connectivity for reliability and safety.
  • Conducting integration testing, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of subsystems and entire vehicle systems. Optimize system performance by fine-tuning hardware and software interfaces.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, software development, and manufacturing, to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive integration, testing, and troubleshooting documentation.

Ideal Candidate :

  • B.tech or M.tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Overall 2+ years of experience in EV systems integration or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with electric two-wheeler systems is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of EV architecture, including motor controllers, BMS, and CAN/LIN communication protocols. CANalyzer, and diagnostic software.
  • Knowledge of battery technologies, thermal management systems, and power electronics.
