Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, utilizing various data sources to create qualified lead lists.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calls to introduce new vehicle models, special offers, and dealership services.
- Needs Assessment: Qualify leads by understanding their buying needs, budget, desired features, and driving habits to match them with the most suitable options.
- Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of current automotive models, features, specifications, pricing, and available financing options to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule test drives and dealership visits with qualified leads by effectively communicating the value proposition and creating urgency.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the dealership's CRM system, tracking leads, calls, and follow-ups.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential customers, building trust and credibility to nurture long-term relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong verbal and listening skills to engage customers in meaningful conversations and effectively present information.
- Ability to overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and qualify leads.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outbound telesales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software for lead management and data tracking preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges.
