Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project leads, cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing
• Coordinate between multiple projects and cross functional teams
• Desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion
• Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objective
• Identify key requirements needed from cross functional teams and external vendors
• Identify risk and opportunities across multiple projects
• Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate :

• Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 5-10 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing stakeholders.
• Good understanding of 2 wheeler electrical systems
• Good knowledge about EV vehicle including components like Battery, BMS, VCU, IoT, Charging
• Good understanding of hardware and software , firmware
• Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Coordination and inter-team dependency mapping
• Exceptional leadership, Time management, Facilitation and organizational skills
• Stakeholder management and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge on program/project tools, techniques and scheduling
