Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for tech and non-tech functions
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Act as a talent advisor to provide key candidate and industry/market information to the hiring managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our hiring and business needs
  • Work closely with hiring managers to adopt best practices and ensure in hiring the right candidates
  • Utilize social media and other channels to proactively recruit candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possess 3 - 6 years of experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and social media networks
  • Experienced in working with stakeholders and function heads.
  • Excellent communication skills and people skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with variety of cross-functional team members.
  • Startup experience would be an added advantage
