Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for overlooking the channel service for Pune Operations.
• Compliance with Service Quality Audit to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Manage Warranty reconciliation & approvals.
• Responsible for VOR TAT reduction.
• Be a point of contact for Customer complaint redressal
• Setting up initial workshop operations & ensuring workshop readiness.
• Responsible for Daily operational tasks Service Retention, NPS, Service Appointment penetration, Service TAT reduction.
• Recall/Field Fix completion.
• Promote VAS, Merchandise & Accessories sale.
• Ensure all manpower are technically trained beforehand on Service SOPs and adherence to process
• Responsible for Spares target achievement & maintenance of core parts inventory.

Ideal Candidate:

• B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech with 5+ years of experience in service operations preferably from a automotive background
• Excellent communication skills and people skills
• Excellent leadership and man- management skills , Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to manage dealership operations.
