Key Responsibilities

• Original Composition - Contribute original music for a range of formats like brand films, social edits, and product videos
• Creative Collaboration - Work alongside directors, editors, and writers to support the emotional arc of each story through music
• Sound Direction Support - Assist with scoring, arranging, and refining tracks to fit different narrative styles
• Production & Supervision - Take charge of producing, mixing, and mastering your compositions. When required, coordinate with session musicians or studios
• Sound Library Curation - Help maintain a growing library of musical references and past work for easy reuse and exploration

Ideal Candidate

• Has 3 to 7 years of experience composing or producing music for video, advertising, or branded content
• Is confident across genres like cinematic, ambient, electronic, acoustic, playful and knows how to adapt tone for different formats
• Works hands-on with music production software (DAWs, MIDI, plug-ins, sampling, mixing)
• Understands storytelling and how music can shape pacing, tension, and emotional response
• Is open to feedback, fast iterations, and collaborative input
• Brings their own sound and taste, while being able to serve the narrative
• Bonus if you play an instrument or sing
