Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines
- Monitor program health, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implementing mitigation plan
- Act as the primary liaison connecting the Marketing, Media, and Brand departments to ensure unified campaign execution.
- Facilitate and track project budgets of Marketing & Media.
- Deliver and track monthly Marketing & Media requirements for Static collaterals and digital videos [as per annual calendar]
- Ensure all Marketing systems projects are smooth and running. Marketing systems : Lead qualification, Marketing automations etc
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management, specifically within a marketing or media environment.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex projects into clear operational tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Agility: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, capable of pivoting strategies quickly when market or business needs change.
