Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with project lead, cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing.
2. Coordinate between multiple projects and cross functional teams.
3. Generate Gantt charts, track changes and deliver multiple projects in a program from inception to completion.
4. Implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objective.
5. Identify key requirements needed from cross functional teams and external vendors.
6. Identify risk and opportunities across multiple projects.
7. Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
8. End to End project management from Start to Launch for the projects assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Bachelors / Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Hands-on engineering.
2. 4 to 5 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing stakeholders.
3. Good understanding of 2 wheeler - Mechanical systems- Brakes, suspension , plastics, Frame , Drive train.
4. Good understanding of 2 wheeler Electrical system (Battery, BMS, VCU, IoT, Charging, lightings, Motor & MCU).
5. Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills.
6. Coordination and inter-team dependency mapping.
7. Stakeholder management and Conflict Resolution.
8. Knowledge on program/project tools, techniques and scheduling.
9. MS Office Documentation.
