Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop EOL testers, functional testers, and validation setups for BMS, VCU, MCU, Harness and other electronics modules.
2. Develop hardware and software for tester automation using tools such as Lab-VIEW / Python
3. Work with the internal R&D team to define testing requirements and implement test cases.
4. Review and finalization of SOR
5. Perform CAN, RS232/485 communication–based testing and diagnostics.
6. Create and update EOL test documents, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and validation reports.
7. Troubleshoot tester-related issues and provide timely support to production teams.
8. Coordinate with suppliers for tester development, integration, and validation.
9. Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
10. Ensure testers meet safety, reliability, and quality standards.
11. Support continuous improvements of testing processes and automation efficiency.
12. Communicate with multiple tester manufacturing suppliers and explain needs and technical queries.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
2. 10-12 years of experience in EV system testing, tester development, or automotive electronics testing.
3. Strong knowledge of Electrical and Electronic component circuits..
4. Experience with test automation tools (Lab-VIEW, Python).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
6. Sound knowledge in DFT processes
7. Experience on SPC, GRR
8. Experience in schematic reading and trouble shooting knowledge on both PCBA and product level
9. Experience in development and commissioning of various testers like ICT, FCT, EOL, IR, Hipot testing processes
10. Ability to draw tester architecture based on SOR documents
11. Broader knowledge on equipment identification and selection
