Key Responsibilities

  1. Regional Business Planning & Trade Support
  2. Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Regional Sales Heads to translate business plans into a comprehensive annual regional promotional calendar
  3. Lead Generation: Scale River’s high-intent test-ride engine—including pop-ups, corporate parks, society trials, and localized execution formats—to aggressively fuel the regional sales pipeline
  4. Brand Alliances: Identify and execute strategic opportunities for regional sponsorships, local brand associations, and product placements
  5. Brand Governance: Ensure strict adherence to core brand guidelines across all regional consumer touchpoints
  6. Market Intelligence: Act as the regional expert on competitor landscapes, tracking rival activations and identifying untapped market headroom
  7. Channel Partner Enablement
  8. Marketing Support: Act as the primary marketing consultant for dealership teams, co-strategizing and auditing dealer-driven campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and strict brand compliance
  9. Retail Excellence: Audit and maintain showroom visual merchandising (VM) standards and test-ride fleet readiness, blending dealer-level commercial hustle with River’s premium brand equity
  10. Ops & Vendor Management
  11. Vendor Ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and nurture high-performing regional BTL agencies, fabricators, and local media vendors to ensure flawless execution
  12. Budgetary Discipline: Maintain strict operational control over regional campaign budgets, timelines, and execution quality
  13. Measurement & Reporting
  14. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze monthly MIS data, sales funnels, and market travel to diagnose conversion drops and deploy highly targeted micro-campaigns for localized challenges
  15. KPI Ownership: Own regional metrics across lead generation, footfalls, test-ride conversions, and engagement
  16. ROI Tracking: Deliver comprehensive post-activation reports to continuously optimize future formats and marketing spend

Ideal Candidate

  1. 6-8 years of experience spanning regional marketing, trade marketing, or experiential activations (Automotive/EV/Lifestyle brands is a plus)
  2. Proven track record of working with dealership networks and regional sales leadership
  3. High operational discipline with a knack for managing multi-city, fast-paced executions
  4. Data-driven mindset, capable of linking experiential KPIs directly to sales outcomes
  5. Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills
