Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Leadership & Public Cloud Governance
2. Spearhead the creation of integrated, multi-year digital roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
3. Lead the transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using the GROW with SAP framework, ensuring "Fit-to-Standard" adherence
4. Design end-to-end solutions across SAP PP, QM, FICO, MM, SD, PM, and WM
5. Good knowledge on SAP Licensing and Security modules
6. Delivery of SAP Objects & Configurations
7. Take end-to-end accountability for delivering all SAP functional configurations and technical objects (ABAP, BTP and Integrations)
8. Oversee the full project lifecycle—from scoping and estimation to tracking, change management, and post-implementation support
9. Ensure the quality of technical deliverables through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and SIT/UAT sign-offs
10. Complete knowledge on Lead-to-Order, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Record-To-Report, journey implementations, including complex middleware (CPI/PI/PO) and mobile application integrations
11. Team & Resource Management
12. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of internal consultants and external partner resources
13. Manage resource planning, projection, and workload balancing to ensure timely project delivery and AMS support
14. Conduct performance evaluations and define career development plans for technical and functional team members
15. Oversee timesheet management and resource utilization for both internal and external project teams
16. Strategic Vendor & Stakeholder Management
17. Own the software selection process, including vendor comparisons and the preparation of detailed Statements of Work (SOW)
18. Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and BBP/KDS finalization
19. Act as the primary point of contact for escalation management, ensuring third-party deliverables meet project milestones and quality standards

Ideal Candidate

1. Experience-15+ years in the SAP ecosystem, with a proven track record in leading digital enterprise architecture and delivery
2. Core Modules-Deep expertise in SAP PP/QM, MM, PM, SD, WM and FICO
3. Cloud Expertise-Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology
4. Manufacturing Domain-Direct experience in manufacturing sectors like Automotive, FMCG, or Chemicals
