Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End SAP Delivery: Track, manage, and conduct SAP project deliveries from scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and hyper-care, ensuring alignment with project milestones
- Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, specifically Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Backlog Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to groom the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure technical teams have clear and actionable deliverables
- Sprint Tracking: Monitor sprint progress, proactively remove blockers for the development team, and ensure on-time delivery of technical commitments while maintaining high-quality standards
- Project Tracking: Oversee and track IT projects dedicated to the manufacturing floor, ensuring they align with production schedules and operational goals while adhering to project timelines
- Implementation Management: Lead the implementation of additional third-party or custom software required across the manufacturing lifecycle (e.g., MES, PLM, SCADA, or specific automation tools) to enhance operational efficiency
- Software Maintenance: Establish and oversee maintenance schedules, updates, and troubleshooting protocols for all supplementary manufacturing software to ensure zero downtime on the production floor
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the software development/IT teams and the manufacturing/plant operations teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Science/Mathematics or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience (3-6 years) as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing SAP implementations and delivery cycles
- Background working within the manufacturing industry or managing manufacturing-focused IT projects
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is highly preferred
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) or similar plant-floor software
