Key Responsibility:

1. Manage the complete, end-to-end fulfillment process dedicated to the accessories, gear, uniforms and Supply chain product lines.
2. Map end to end project for River Gear - Design to Bulk
3. Act as the primary bridge between the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
4. Facilitate regular alignment meetings to ensure all respective teams are synchronized on production schedules.
5. Track supplier readiness along with supply Chain team to ensure they can meet required production schedules.
6. Proactively raise & mitigating risks related to shortages or material delays.
7. Collaborate closely with the Finance team to monitor and track BOM cost and CAPEX

Ideal Candidate:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering
2. Experience: 6+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, fulfillment
3. Data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast capacity, analyze supply chain risks
4. Quick-thinking and adaptable, capable of resolving logistical roadblocks
