Ideal Candidate

  1. 8+ years of experience in customer management and team leadership roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry
  2. Strong customer management skills with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience
  3. Excellent team management and handling abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
