Key Responsibilities
- To create, plan and validate DVP for vehicle components and system level validation.
- Analyze validation test data to determine if systems meet validation criteria.
- Should have knowledge of using test equipment, data acquisition systems and relevant software.
- Responsible for problem analysis, tracking and implementation of corrective measures.
- Perform RCA of failure and to provide feedback to program and product.
- Maintain detailed records of all validation activities and results.
- Validate instrument cluster HMI, IoT connectivity (e.g., MQTT, cellular/Wi-Fi), and end-to-end cloud data telemetry.
- Troubleshoot and analyze data synchronization issues between vehicle systems and cloud backends.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Maximum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical system validation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g. MATLAB, Diadem, Vector tool).
- Knows any coding language like C,C++,Python.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing and certification and other testing standards would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in testing automotive instrument cluster UIs, IoT communication, protocols, and cloud data analytics platforms.
