Key Responsibilities

1. Team Lead, People Manager, accountable for team performance in procurement
2. Responsible to conduct Daily,weekly and Monthly review on Material availability
3. Purchasing all kind of parts like Chassis, Bracket, Stamping ,Busbar and battery parts from domestic vendor
4. Planning and control towards no premium freight
5. To ensure suppliers capacity and capability to meet production demand
6. Review the critical supplier and drive preventive action plan
7. To drive improvements in Various aspect of the supply chain - OTD, Inventory management, lead time reduction and cost saving
8. Work with quality team to continue improve the supplier quality performance
9. Handling ECN changes, BOM changes, coordination with design team and engineering team
10. Preparing the MIS report and analysis to the management
11. Ensures compliance's, safety standard and sustainability with company

Ideal Candidate

1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering or Supply chain Management is preferred
2. 10 - 15 years of strong experience in supply chain
3. Has extensive experience interfacing with strategic suppliers and managing relationships
4. SAP knowledge is mandatory
5. Excellent communication skills and people skills
