Key Responsibilities

1. You will be managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including creating compelling job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and making data-driven hiring recommendations
2. Planing and executing the structured interview and selection procedures, including initial screening calls, technical/skill assessments, and coordinate in-person interviews for plant and office roles
3. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, providing hiring managers with real-time industry, competitor, and market compensation data
4. Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract contract staff
5. Leading the recruitment contract staff to support the dynamic manufacturing demands and peak production cycles for factory location
6. Sourcing, evaluating and managing relationships with external staffing agencies, headhunters, and third-party vendors
7. Ensuring all contract hiring and third-party vendor practices comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and corporate compliance regulations

Ideal Candidate

1. Possess 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both non-tech and bulk hiring
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3. Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, with a strong focus on team collaboration and professional development
