Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute Design Verification Plans (DVP) for vehicle components and full system validation.
- Execute validation testing for electromechanical components, such as electrical ABS assemblies and pressure sensors.
- Evaluate validation test results to verify compliance with defined acceptance criteria.
- Utilize specialized test equipment, data acquisition devices, and associated analysis software.
- Investigate and resolve data synchronization challenges occurring between vehicle hardware and cloud backend systems.
- Lead problem analysis, track resolution progress, and ensure execution of corrective actions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on component and system failures, relaying key findings to product and program teams.
- Document and preserve comprehensive logs of all validation procedures, testing protocols, and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related discipline.
- Overall 3 to 4 years of professional experience in electrical system validation or an equivalent role.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, manufacturing workflows, and safety compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities.
- Hands-on xperience validating electromechanical components and working with cloud data analytics platforms.
- Adept at data analysis and statistical software (e.g., MATLAB, DIAdem, Vector tools).
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC testing, certification, and relevant industry testing standards is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional team environments.
