Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designated vehicle platform delivery from project initiation till vehicle launch.
2. Responsible for project delivery on time, within cost and quality.
3. Work closely with Leads and cross functional teams for multiple projects in vehicle platform by defining scope, schedule and deliverables as per the plan.
4. Implement and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
5. Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and analyze, evaluate and overcome project risk.
6. Responsible for conflict resolutions within the projects and drive the CFT teams to achieve the targets.
7. Prepare and update program reports including critical points for management and stakeholders reviews.

Ideal Candidate

1. Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Engineering/Management
2. 9 to 11 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects in a fast faced and dynamic environment.
3. Have seen and led complete life cycle of the projects from Start to SOP in 2 wheeler space
4. Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical systems and components including Battery, BMS, VCU, Display, Motor & MCU, Drive train, Frame, Suspension, Brakes etc
5. Good understanding of product validation across Mechanical and Electrical area
6. Good understanding of hardware and software/ firmware
7. Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills
8. Stakeholder management and conflict resolution
9. Education : Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Hands-on engineering
