Description
Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. As a technical sourcer, you will partner with our internal stakeholders, such as recruiters and hiring managers, to identify and hire top talent. You will be instrumental in helping us create recruiting best practices and hiring processes as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Build robust candidate pipelines for our niche engineering and leadership roles
- Identify, develop, and implement sourcing strategies for a spectrum of highly technical roles
- Continuously explore new and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent
- Partner with our Stoke team to gain a deep understanding of our business, mission, and headcount needs
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and communicate with candidates to foster long-term relationships
- Craft compelling outreach, conduct effective screens, and build a strong partnership with your recruiters
- Ensure a high level of discretion and confidentiality within our ATS and other People systems
- Lead sourcing initiatives for passive and diverse talent
- Assist the recruiting team as needed with coordinating, handing off candidates, and other internal projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
- Experience sourcing for electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineers, and/or software engineers
- Skilled in identifying talent through various channels or sourcing techniques
- Proven track record in solving complex challenges and achieving consistent results
- Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work onsite at our Kent, WA location
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred

Compensation
Target Levels:
- Level 2 Range: $74,400 - $114,500
- Level 3 Range: $95,500 - $143,200
