Job Description

Third Wave Automation is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing new robotics deployments from project acceptance through product transition to the customer. The position is remote but may require 25-50% travel, depending on the stage of the project and requirements for project success.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Be a motivated self-starter with a desire to best improve the customer experience
  • Properly manage and understand a rapidly evolving product to meet both company and customer goals/requirements
  • Work closely with deployment and internal engineering teams to create highly performant robotic systems for the customer
  • Work with the sales and solutions teams to develop/deliver a timely product that meets customer needs
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Properly report and adapt to changes to schedule with appropriate mitigations and risk management
  • Be the face of the company to our customers

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or Management.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with electromechanical and robotic systems.
  • Industrial automation experience preferred.
  • Experience with using project management tooling/reporting.
  • Experience with risk management.
  • Network and computer diagnostic skills
  • U.S. driver’s license.

The pay range for this position is a national range $75,000 - $150,000/yr +benefits+equity; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information will be based on geographical location.
