About us
Vow is a cultured meat company on a mission to feed billions and create food that’s good for your tastebuds, your health and your planet.
We’re bringing together cutting edge innovations in science, engineering, culinary and design to create new meats that meat lovers can choose selfishly because it’s nutritious and delicious, and we’re doing so in a sustainable way.
The role:
In this role, you’ll help keep Vow’s supply chain operations running smoothly by ensuring materials and products move accurately and efficiently across our facilities. From receiving and organising raw materials for production to picking, packing and coordinating outbound shipments, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
You’ll help maintain accurate inventory across multiple storage locations, run regular stocktakes, and ensure batches and products are clearly organised so they can be picked and shipped without errors. Working closely with Production, Quality, Sales and logistics partners, you’ll support both the materials that go into our manufacturing process and the finished products that go out to customers. Your attention to detail and hands-on approach will help keep operations running smoothly as Vow continues to scale.
The experience/skills you will bring:
Experience working in a hands-on operational role where accuracy, organisation and reliability were important (this could be in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, hospitality, labs, retail, or similar environments)
Exceptional attention to detail – able to spot small differences (e.g. batch codes or labels) and maintain precise inventory accuracy
A hands-on approach with a real bias to action. You’re as happy running stocktakes, packing orders, and keeping stock tidy and accurate as you are behind the scenes planning and organising.
Comfort working with physical inventory or materials – counting, organising, labelling or tracking items accurately
Strong organisational skills and pride in keeping spaces and systems tidy, structured and easy for others to navigate
Comfortable using systems and spreadsheets to track inventory, orders or operational information
Strong communicator who can work effectively with Sales, QA, Production and Logistics
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (we’ll cover the cost)

Keep warehouse and outdoor areas clean, organized, and safe.

Coordinate inbound and outbound movements at the 3PL facility, ensuring timely communication with the logistics provider and relevant internal teams.
Conduct regular reconciliations between internal inventory records and 3PL reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view - so we’re building a culture to match. Be yourself and come as you are.
Work on cutting-edge technology. We’re bringing together cutting-edge innovations in science, engineering, and food, to recreate the world’s most tantalising and unique culinary experiences. All without compromising on ethics or our planet along the way. Since our inception in 2019, we have held the title of being the first startup to cultivate meat from the cells of an undomesticated animal, been called The Spaceship of the cultured meat industry by Forbes and launched our first product under the brand Forged in some of the hottest restaurants in Singapore.
Work with and learn from the best. Our team includes some of the world’s top scientists, innovators, operators, and creatives with decades of industry experience. Despite our experiences though, we all strive to build, break, learn, and repeat. We see the impossible as temporary and strive to learn and support our company and fellow Vowzers' growth as much as possible.
We’re fully funded and ready to go. We are a growing Aussie biotech start-up backed by Blackbird Ventures, Square Peg Capital, Grok Ventures, Tenacious Ventures, P7 Ventures, Toyota Ventures, and PeakBridge VC.
