  • Define a vision and value proposition for a product
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the product

You Have

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven relevant experience in the automotive, robotics, or similar industry as a software-focused product manager, product owner, or another automotive software product role, ideally in a leading position
  • A solid understanding of autonomous driving and automotive software, including but not limited to AUTOSAR and software frameworks like ROS; you understand how these are used in specific industries
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies used in the automotive or robotics industries, or have extensive experience developing AD and/or ADAS autonomous vehicle systems, or have been involved in automotive series production
  • A relentless drive to understand how features and systems work
  • A desire to align the team on common goals and iteratively work towards meeting those goals
  • Proven skills in spotting trends from disparate discussions and mapping these trends to a product vision (roadmap)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation

  • The base salary range is $130,000 to $185,000/year.
  • Equity, benefits, and variable bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will depend on multiple factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications.
