Apex.AI is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Senior Manager to own the end-to-end quote-to-cash process from marketing-to-sales handoff all the way to invoicing and revenue recognition. You will support a global sales and business development team and partner heavily with finance, engineering, legal, and marketing teams on a regular basis. The ability to operate autonomously and wear many hats is crucial to this role.

This position is located in our Palo Alto office. Authorization to work in the US is required.
The compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 base salary. Employees may also be eligible for additional compensation, including annual target bonuses and stock options.
What You'll Do
- Create and own the deal review process, including reviewing non-standard deal terms and coordinating internal approvals in a timely manner.
- Own the booking and invoicing process, including invoicing customers in a timely manner, recording/tracking revenue, and partnering with the accounting team on collections
- Manage our CRM (Pipedrive), including, but not limited to, user administration, continuous improvements to the sales process, automation, reporting, and insights. Run regular pipeline review meetings to review stalled opportunities and find ways to accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Develop sales enablement content and conduct training as needed to support the sales team.
- Prepare bi-weekly forecasts of bookings and revenue, and review in partnership with the leadership team.
- Sync regularly with the EMEA Sales & Business Development VP (some availability in European working hours required).
You Have
- A B.S. or higher degree in business administration, sales, or other related fields.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or similar.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices related to the sales and customer journey.
- Experience administering and owning sales tools such as Pipedrive or other CRM, HubSpot, etc., including experience building workflows, automations, and integrations between tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of the quote-to-cash process and revenue recognition guidelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Being self-motivated, comfortable in operating without direct supervision.

- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Experience working in a global environment with differences in regional business customs and practices.
- Experience with on-premise software; automotive or mobility software experience is a plus.
