Elementary Robotics is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our passionate team. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and a passion for cutting-edge technology, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact. As an Account Executive specializing in machine vision solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by leveraging our state-of-the-art machine vision technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert target enterprise level accounts into Elementary customers.
  • Utilize solution and value-selling techniques to guide the sales process to a successful close.
  • Craft solution-selling strategies to showcase the value of Elementary technology to potential customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive management, sales leadership, solution engineers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), product teams, and more to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, and automotive.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the machine vision, automation, or technology industry.
  • Established contacts and relationships in relevant industries
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary Range

$120,000-$140,000 base, $250,000-$300,000 OTE
