Elementary is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and sourcing new potential customers for Elementary. You will be working side by side with our Account Executives and Management team to source and qualify new leads in this high-impact role with the goal of getting the prospect to a meeting and prepping the team for success. You will be the key driver in this instrumental portion of the sales process with the goal of eventually taking ownership over more business and moving up within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Identify and creatively prospect into new accounts, providing regular updates to the team
  • Work incoming and tradeshow leads to set up meetings with interested customers
  • Requires extensive cold-calling, cold-emailing, and other alternative means in order to connect with prospective customers; must be comfortable and confident in engaging with new customers
  • Generating new meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Exceeding monthly metrics, producing 10+ new meetings a month
  • Regularly report on metrics to management team

Qualifications

  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Must be comfortable in overcoming objections, and picking yourself back up after rejections
  • Natural ability to connect and build rapport while purveying product value
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire and eagerness to build a sales career
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Salary Range

$60K - $80K DOE
